Join National teacher and author Robin Vizzone to create a primitive style wool appliquéd table runner. Learn Robin’s methods for primitive embroidery and wool appliqué as you create a one-of-a-kind keepsake item.

This 5 hour workshop will take you from being afraid of the “A” (appliqué) word to all the confidence you need to make any appliqué project you have in mind. You will learn the needle turn method and how to use this stitch for cut-a-way and reverse appliqué. Also learn template making, how to and why use overlays, proper threads, needles, marking tools and much more. You will go home with t folder full of samples you have made for future reference.

This creative class teaches you how to assemble a crazy patchwork block. Later in the class you will embellish it by hand using threads, silk ribbon, beads, lace, buttons and much more.

Class: Design Your Own Lacy Shawl Class: Punch Needle Rug Hooking Class: Yo-Yos for all Seasons

Lace shawls and shawlettes are all the rage. In this class students will study multiple shawl shapes, their construction, and how to place lace within these shapes. Reading charts is a prerequisite for this class. Students will walk away from class with the tools to create their own lacs shawl designs.

Come celebrate the splendor of the upcoming fall season in Lancaster County by learning punch needle rug hooking! We’ll make Falling Leaves—a beautiful 5” x 8” piece that can be used as a trivet, tabletop decoration, or wall hanging. By doing this you’ll learn everything necessary to hook larger rugs. It’s a great pattern to start with and teaches how to punch straight lines, curves, points, details, borders and backgrounds, and how to use both solid-color and variegated yarns.

This is a fun four seasons wall quilt where you can choose to put them all together or use each season as a center medallion. The class will focus on the Autumn Theme, but all seasons will be in your kit. Increase your appliqué skills along with lessons in yo-yo making. Class - Rigid Heddle Introduction to Weaving Class: Mono Printing & Decoupage on Glass

Want to become part of the weaving craze? This 4 hour class will get you in the know. The portable loom is a simple to use but also has the potential for experimentation for a lifetime of weaving.

The loom will be set up so you can dive right into the fun of creating fabric with the cotton yarns provided. We will discuss the parts of the loom and how to choose yarn for future projects. I will warp a loom during the class time so you can see how it is done.

At the end of this class, you will have a finished placemat and the knowledge to weave independently at home.

In this class, you’ll learn mono printing techniques to create your own beautiful papers and then you’ll decoupage them onto a glass bowl for an amazing transformation! You’ll leave this class with a unique finished bowl. No artistic background is needed for this class – it’s perfect for beginners but experienced artists/crafters will find it a creatively satisfying experience!
